Effective: § 255 effective July 1, 2015
Amends IC 33-23-16-12 to authorize, in accordance with the rules established by the Board of Directors of the Indiana Judicial Conference, a problem-solving court that is a veterans’ court to assume jurisdiction over a veteran who (1) meets all the eligibility requirements of section 13 of this chapter, and (2) is referred to the problem-solving court by a court in another jurisdiction.
