Effective: § 3(B) and § 275 effective July 1, 2015
Allocates $500,000 each year of the biennium for the establishment, training and certification of veterans’ problem-solving courts. Requires the Indiana Judicial Center to report to the Legislative Council by July 1, 2017, describing how these funds were used and the feasibility of establishing at least one veterans’ court in each of the judicial districts.
