Effective: April 23, 2015
Authorizes optometrists who meet certain requirements to prescribe Tramadol. Adds Tramadol as a schedule IV controlled substance. Includes hydrocodone combination products as schedule II controlled substances. Removes dihydrocodeinone from the schedule III controlled substance list.
