Drug offenses

H.E.A. 1235, P.L. 10
Effective: July 1, 2016
Specifies that Level 2 controlled substance offenses are nonsuspendible if: (1) the offense involves methamphetamine or heroin; and (2) the person has a prior felony conviction for dealing in certain controlled substances.
