The House Judiciary Committee heard HB 1181 on technical corrections authored and presented by Rep. Kersey. This is the annual technical corrections bill recommended by the summer study committee.
The bill was amended to remove section 120 to allow that section to be addressed separately. The Office of Code Revision testified on the bill. The bill passed as amended 10-0.
