The Senate Judiciary Committee heard HB 1181 on technical corrections sponsored by Sens. M. Young and Zakas. The bill resolves technical problems in the Indiana Code. An amendment was adopted by consent to resolve a conflict in the public records law created last year. The Office of Code Revision testified and answered questions on the bill.
