The Senate Corrections and Criminal Law Committee heard HB 1020, sponsored by Sen. Young and Sen. Tomes, on code revision corrections. Author Rep. Washburne explained that the bill updates the list of criminal statutes codified outside IC 35 and makes no substantive change to law (the introduced version of this bill was prepared by the Code Revision Commission).
