The Senate Judiciary Committee heard SB 14 on allowing the judges of the Putnam circuit and superior courts to appoint a Putnam County magistrate, authored by Sen. Bray.
Putnam County Judges Denny Bridges and Matt Headley testified in support of the bill. The bill passed 10-0.
