The Senate Appropriations Committee heard SB 14 authored by Sen. Bray on a Putnam County magistrate recommitted upon passage by the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill allows the judges of the Putnam Circuit and Superior Courts to jointly appoint one full-time magistrate to serve the Putnam County courts.
