Effective: July 1, 2018
Permits a victim (or the spouse or an immediate family member of a deceased victim) to obtain, free of charge, an electronic copy of the transcript of criminal proceedings in the victim’s case. Requires a prosecuting attorney or victim assistance program to assist the victim, spouse, or immediate family member in obtaining the transcript.
