For amend and vote only, the Senate Judiciary Committee heard Sen. M. Young’s SB 208 on electronic filing and notice. The bill allows a person to use electronic filing or service instead of mailing in certain cases if electronic filing or service is authorized by rules adopted by the Supreme Court.
The bill passed 9-2.
