Urging the legislative council to assign the topics of court costs for indigent individuals and the look-back time period for prior unrelated convictions in Indiana’s criminal code.

The Senate Corrections and Criminal Law Committee heard Sen. Tallian’s SR 52 which urges the legislative council to assign the topics of court costs for indigent individuals and the look-back time period for prior unrelated convictions in Indiana’s criminal code.  The resolution passed 8-0.
