Effective July 1, 2019
Adds new sections, Ind. Code § 31-9-2-72.7 to provide DCS is to assist kinship caregivers in learning about, finding, and use of programs to meet the need of kinship caregivers and children and adds Ind. Code § 31-25-2-25 to require DCS to submit a report on this program by December 31 each year to the Indiana General Assembly.
