Effective July 1, 2019
Amends Ind. Code § 31-25-2-24 to provide child fatality reports must be prepared before December 31 each year and as part of the summary, must include whether the child died while in foster care or was returned to the natural parent after placement in foster care. [Note: Report of statewide child fatality review committee from the State Board of Health is already required to submit their report on or before December 31 each year.]
