Directing the U.S. Congress to propose to the several states an amendment to the U.S. Constitution concerning the membership of the U.S. Supreme Court

The Senate Judiciary Committee heard Sen. Buck’s SC 2 on directing the U.S. Congress to propose to the several states an amendment to the U.S. Constitution concerning the membership of the U.S. Supreme Court. 

There was no testimony on the bill. The concurrent resolution passed 8-3.
