The House Judiciary Committee heard SB 66 sponsored by Rep. Torr and authored by Sens. Young, Freeman, and Randolph on solvent supervised estates. The bill provides that property must be transferred within 90 days after an estate is closed.
Testimony was presented in favor of the bill by the Indiana State Bar Association. The bill passed 9-0.
