The House Corrections and Criminal Code Committee heard SB 336 on racketeering and fraud sponsored by Rep. J. Young.Theauthor, Sen. M. Young, introduced the bill which specifies that “racketeering activity”, for purposes of the crime of corrupt business influence, includes certain forgery, fraud, and deception offenses.
The bill passed 8-0.
