The Senate Corrections and Criminal Law Committee heard SB 74 authored by Sen. Alting and Sen. Freeman on extension of lifeline law immunity. The Superintendent of Public Safety for Indiana University, Tippecanoe Prosecutor, Indiana Association of Beverage Retailers, and members of the Purdue University student council testified in support of the bill. The bill passed 9-0.
