After being recommitted from the Environmental Affairs Committee, the House Courts and Criminal Code Committee heard on HB 1677 on waste disposal authored by Rep. Gore and Rep. Culp for amend and vote.The bill provides that depositing or causing or allowing the deposit of contaminants or solid waste upon the land is a Class C misdemeanor in certain circumstances.
The bill passed 13-0.
