State budget [Supreme Court budget, Marion County Small Claims]

  • Sec. 3 (Page 9-10) reflects the Supreme Court budget, including $3 million for each fiscal year for the INjail statewide management system
  • Sec. 301 adds a $26 small claims service fee for cases in the Marion County Township  small claims courts
  • Sec. 302 changes the distribution of fees in Marion County Small Claims Courts
  • Sec. 304 adds that the $26 small claims service fees for Marion County Township Small Claims Courts is collected by the clerk at the time of filing the case
  • Sec. 305 establishes the Marion County small claims fund administered by the Marion County auditor
