H.E.A. 1200, P.L. 156-2026
Effective: § 13 – March 12, 2026
Provides that an individual commits a Level 6 felony if the individual: (1) represents that a false record is a valid commercial driver’s license; or (2) does not have proper documentation while driving with a commercial driver’s license issued by any jurisdiction other than a state, territory, or possession of the United States.
