Liens on towed vehicles

The House Judiciary Committee heard Rep. Braun’s and Rep. T. Brown’s HB 1511 on liens on towed vehicles. Use of firearms to secure loans

Niemeyer’s SB 13 on use of firearms to secure loans.  The bill repeals the statute prohibiting the use of a firearm as a security.
