Kosciusko County superior court

The Senate Appropriations Committee heard SB 126 authored by Sen. Head on a Kosciusko County superior court recommitted upon passage by the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill adds a fourth judge and Superior Court #4 to the superior court of Kosciusko County. The bill passed 10-0. Court fees

The House Courts and Criminal Code Committee heard HB 1092 on court fees authored by Rep. Hatfield. The bill requires the assessment of the drug abuse interdiction fee against individuals convicted of certain legend drug offenses. Indiana Prosecuting Attorney Council testified in support. Agreement for ordinance violations bureau
