Pro bono legal services fee

The Senate Tax and Fiscal Policy Committee heard SB 241 on pro bono legal services fee authored by Sen. Boehnlein. The bill changes the sunset provision for pro bono legal service fees from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2025.
