Ban on sex offenders providing child care services

The Senate Committee on Family and Children Services heard Sen. Mrvan’s SB 258 banning sex offenders from providing child care services. Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council testified in support of the bill. The bill passed 9-0. Waiver to adult court for attempted murder
