The House Courts and Criminal Code Committee heard HB 1092 on court fees authored by Rep. Hatfield. The bill requires the assessment of the drug abuse interdiction fee against individuals convicted of certain legend drug offenses. Indiana Prosecuting Attorney Council testified in support. Agreement for ordinance violations bureau
