Patronizing a prostitute

The House Courts and Criminal Code Committee heard SB 100, sponsored by Rep. Mayfield, on patronizing a prostitute.  The bill renames the crime of patronizing a prostitute to making an unlawful proposition. Plea agreements and sentencing
