Possession of firearms in locked vehicles

The Senate Civil Law Committee heard Sen. Tomes’ SB 43 removing penal facilities from the list of locations where employer ordinances, resolutions, policies, or rules prohibiting the possession of firearms in locked vehicles on employer property may be enforced. Capital punishment and serious mental illness
