The Senate Judiciary Committee heard SB 17 authored by Sen. Head on the domestic violence fee. The bill adds strangulation to the list of offenses for which the domestic violence prevention and treatment fee under IC 33-37-5-13 may be collected.  The bill passed 6-0.
