The House Courts and Criminal Code Committee heard HB 1114 on new courts and new magistrates authored by Rep. Torr. The bill: Testimony from Elkhart County Judge Gretchen Lund was heard in support of the proposed changes to the Elkhart County courts. The House Courts and Criminal Code Committee heard SB 152 sponsored by Rep. McNamara and Rep. Prescott regarding Delaware circuit courts. The author, Sen.
