Effective: §§184-186 effective July 1, 2021
- § 184-185 – Amends Ind. Code § 31-19-26.5-3 and 5 to require adoption subsidy payments for a child with special needs in therapeutic foster care to be not less than 50% of the per diem rate for the child in foster care.
- 186 Adds Ind. Code § 31-19-26.5-10 to require DCS in certain cases to enter into written agreements with each adoptive parent of a child with special needs who is eligible for an adoption subsidy.
