For amend and vote only, the Senate Appropriations Committee heard HB 1155, sponsored by Sen. Garten, adding two judges to Clark County circuit court. The bill was amended to add a procedure for the appointment by the Governor and then election of judges for the newly created courts. The bill passed 8-0.
