Vanderburgh County magistrates

For amend and vote only, the House Ways and Means Committee heard Rep. McNamara’s HB 1057 on Vanderburgh County magistrates. This bill allows the judge of the Vanderburgh Circuit Court to appoint an additional magistrate and allows the judges of the Vanderburgh Superior Court to jointly appoint an additional magistrate.
