Child support

The House Judiciary Committee heard Rep. GiaQuinta’s HB 1520 to provide that the duty of child support ceases when the child becomes 19 years of age unless the child is a full-time student in a secondary school. The Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council testified in support of the bill.  The bill passed 12-0.
